Becky & Nick

Nick and I met on Christian Connection in May 2017 after almost giving up. We both, unknowingly at the time, kept coming off of the site and going back on after a few failed attempts at finding ‘the one’.
Once we connected we just knew that it was something special and after our first weekend meeting up we had no doubt that God had brought us together!
We have both been in previous relationships with non Christians but it just didn’t work. I, for one, was impatient, trying desperately to meet Mr Right and just made it worse for myself emotionally, leaving emotional scars for a while. To meet that special person that God has chosen for you is just amazing and mind blowing. To really connect with one another, pray with one another and read and learn from the Bible together just can’t be beaten.
Our advice to others searching for the person that God wants you to be with is to be very patient, don’t rush God, don’t jump into a relationship that you know, deep down, is not from God and most of all, relax and trust that God knows what’s He’s doing and His timing is perfect.

Nick and I got married on 2nd August this year, the day was beautiful and truly God centred!
