Craig was my first match on Christian Connection and what I loved was that he wanted to call and chat not just text - and when I heard his voice I felt warm and safe. I chose his profile because he was a single dad of 4 and I thought that was amazing, and he was super adventurous! Our 1st date was climbing a mountain and we loved it and could appreciate each other's efforts. He always encourages me, even when I think I am not doing well at an activity! We lived 2.5 hrs apart and travelled each weekend to see each other for 22 months then he proposed on Christmas Eve and we got married in Feb. It has been a month now and we are both welcoming the challenges of everyday life - which is so different to dating - but doing a Christian pre-marriage course helped us expect difficulties, which is good, and gave us tools that we still use to resolve conflict. We know God has blessed us with the gift of each other and cherish our relationship above issues. Thanks for introducing us :)
